OVERVIEW
Integrity is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements development for the Operations Support & Sustainment Element (OSSE) within a complex SATCOM Ground System integration program. This role focuses on developing and maintaining system models in Cameo Systems Modeler, supporting requirements decomposition and traceability, and enabling integration and verification activities across System of Systems Integration (SoSI) and Ground Integration (GI) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
The ideal candidate brings strong MBSE experience, working knowledge of requirements management practices, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, integration, and test teams to deliver high-quality, traceable system artifacts aligned to program milestones (e.g., SRR/SFR, PERB baselines).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6-10 years of systems engineering experience in complex DoD or aerospace programs.
- Hands-on experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (or similar MBSE tools).
- Experience with requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability (e.g., IBM DOORS or equivalent).
- Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification).
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams supporting integration and test activities.
- Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 10%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting SATCOM Ground Systems, Command and Control (C2), or mission planning systems.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks and best practices.
- Experience linking MBSE artifacts to test development and verification planning.
- Knowledge of Verification Cross-Reference Matrix (VCRM) development and requirements-to-test traceability.
- Experience supporting engineering reviews and baselines (e.g., SRR, SFR, PDR).
- Familiarity with integration environments, interface definition (ICDs), and API-level system interactions.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to develop reusable engineering templates, workflows, or automation approaches.
