Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. is seeking three Engineer IV – Systems Engineer IV – (Digital Twins) to join our growing team. This role provides technical leadership and systems engineering expertise in support of mission-critical initiatives. As a Systems Engineer IV with Integrity, you will drive the development of digital twin requirements in support of SATCOM architecture validation, testing automation, and end-user training use cases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This role provides technical leadership and systems engineering expertise in support of mission-critical initiatives. As a Systems Engineer IV with Integrity, you will drive the development of digital twin requirements in support of SATCOM architecture validation, testing automation, and end-user training use cases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or space operations (satellite or ground systems focus preferred).
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements management, integration, and testing.
- Experience with system architecture design, hardware/software interface definition, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 20%.
- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems, including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T, NMT).
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems, telemetry, and command & control operations.
- Expertise in cross-mission program collaboration, system test planning, and digital twin development.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
- Develop a roadmap for digital twin implementation, including milestones for integration with system models, simulation environments, and operational scenarios.
- Integrate digital twins into the systems engineering lifecycle to support early-stage risk reduction, operational rehearsal, and system performance verification.
- Leverage digital twin technologies to enhance system testability and inform future capability insertions.
- Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve programmatic, technical, and mission assurance challenges.
- Support ground architecture design, acquisition strategies, and operational mission planning.
- Engage in technical discussions, status reporting, and decision-making with Aerospace and Government leadership.
- Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
