OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a motivated Engineer IV with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support technical development, integration, and/or testing efforts across a range of projects. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to lead or support multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a motivated Engineer IV with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support technical development, integration, and/or testing efforts across a range of projects. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to lead or support multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead or contribute to the design, development, integration, and testing of engineering solutions.
- Interpret and apply engineering principles to analyze technical challenges and develop efficient solutions.
- Support system architecture development and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program managers, and customers.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation including specifications, requirements, and technical plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work aligns with company processes and contractual requirements.
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements management, integration, and testing.
- Experience with system architecture design, hardware/software interface definition, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contracting requirements.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 20%.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems, including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T, NMT).
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or aerospace/defense contracts.
- Salary Range: $110,000.00-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
