ENGINEER IV – SYSTEMS ENGINEER

OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a Systems Engineer IV (SE IV) to support the Ground Segment Integration (GSI) Team on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program.
The GSI Team supports requirements development, integration planning, verification strategy development, and engineering alignment across Ground Segment capabilities. This position combines systems engineering, integration coordination, verification planning, and cross-team collaboration within an Agile and MBSE environment.
The selected candidate will own defined engineering problem spaces and drive delivery through proactive coordination, dependency management, and technical leadership within the GSI Team. This aligns directly with the SE-IV "Ownership Engineer" role defined in the progression guide.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of systems engineering, integration, verification, or test experience supporting complex DoD or aerospace programs
- Experience developing requirements, verification products, test procedures, or integration artifacts
- Experience coordinating activities across engineering teams
- Understanding of requirements, integration, verification, and risk management processes
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
- Experience supporting SATCOM or Ground Segment programs
- Experience with automated test frameworks or scripting languages
- Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler and MBSE methodologies
- Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Experience supporting PERB, SRR, SFR, or related engineering reviews
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Own defined GSI requirements, verification, or integration scope areas
- Coordinate delivery across dependencies within GSI and adjacent Teams
- Develop and maintain:
- Requirements
- Verification products
- Test procedures
- Test scripts
- Integration artifacts
- Maintain requirements-to-verification traceability
- Support integration planning and execution activities
- Coordinate resolution of integration and verification issues
- Contribute to backlog refinement, PI Planning, and dependency identification
- Support engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
- Facilitate technical discussions and working groups within assigned scope
- Mentor junior engineers and support process improvement initiatives
- Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
